Q. Is GTA 4 better on XBOX 360 or PS3, because i heard that on PS3 the game laggs and freezes alot. And whats a better console?
A. BluRays in 360's, now that's funny. Microsoft using a Sony product, but I'm sure it will happen since Microsoft's HD DVD didn't work out too well and the consenses is going to BluRay.
GTA - Once the bugs are ironed out of the PS3 version, I'm sure they will be very similar, with XBox having its own content, and PS3 having its own content. As of right now, the PS3 version has bugs that are pissing a lot of people off, but still looks better at 640p then it does at 720p on the XBox.
That being said and even though I am a PS3 owner, you have to make that decision on your own. What games do you like and what games are exclusive to each gaming system that you like. For example, if you love Metal Gear Solid, then get a PS3 cause MGS only comes out on Playstation. If you love Halo, then get the XBox cause Halo only comes out on XBox. Live is better than PSN, however this is the infancy of Sony Online, and HOME seems to be a big improvement over what is out now. You pay to get online with XBox (there is a dummied down free version that seems to be of no use) and it is free with Playstation. People will argue over the computing power of XBox and PS3, but each will only use what developers put into them, so it really doesn't matter which one is superior if no one uses it to the fullest.
Here is the only thing I can say, I have been a Playstation faithful since day one, and while I have no problem with XBox, my decision came down to everything the PS3 has to offer right out of the box, cheapest BluRay player on the market, is able to play games, online with existing internet (no extra fees), upgrades my DVD's to 1080p, Music, Photos, Video, can install any Operating System of your choosing (I hate Windows Vista, went back to XP on computer), basically it's a computer, and oh yeah, it plays video games.
Do your research and determine for yourself which is the better console for you. In the past it was pretty clear cut which was the better console (Playstation) but I think we have gotten to the point where it comes down to a choice. Just like the old Ford, Chevy, or Dodge. Which one is better? That becomes a personal choice, cause when you get right down to it, they are all pretty much the same. Ford has Mustang, Chevy has Corvette, Dodge has Viper, XBox has Halo, Playstation has Metal Gear Solid... I'm sure you get the point. Which one works for you?
