A. hp, dell, and there are TONS of laptops out there for your "700dollar-ish" range. I recommend you should buy new laptops at best buy or walmart. Gaming...make sure the computers ram is pretty good and also the graphics/video card. Thx and hope this helps.

Q. I don't know much about gaming PC's since i've been using console my whole life. I want to switch to gaming on PC but I need help on finding a good inexpensive one. Like under a $1,000. I want one for Christmas but I can't go too expensive. I want to play games like World of Warcraft and stuff. Thanks.
A. Building your own is a great idea. Don't listen to The Stig, that desktop won't get you far with gaming. If you want to buy a premade, iBuyPower has a great clearance sale going on right now, and their computers are essentially the same as building it yourself, they are just more expensive. Big name brands from Bestbuy like HP tend to have subpar parts, weak cooling, and overall weaker performance so they look good on spec sheets.
