Q. I know the basics, and all, like I know how to buy them. But some times it doesn't buy. It's mostly with expensive things. I wanted to buy rune gold trimmed plate legs, and I buy it, and the bar doesn't go green until the next day. How can I make it go faster please?

A. You can't. The grand exchange isn't magical. The item you look to buy has to actually be provided by a player, it's not generated. Even then the exchange then sells the item according to an equation of highest bid/longest running bid as to who gets the item. The only way to get it sooner is to attempt to pay far over the market value, and even then it is no guarantee.
