Q. I need to sync an iPod (one that takes a couple of hours because it's brand new). Can I play a computer game (more specifically on Steam) while it syncs in the background? Or will the sync freeze or pause?

Q. I am doing a research paper on computer science and i chose to write about gaming, but i dont know where to start. Their are so many types of games out their and the only ones i have so far are these:

A. If you count the number of gaming devices since gaming was born, there are countless. Choosing typical samples is allowed in such a kind of survey or research, so I think the brands you've listed are okay because they are all popular brands. However, I have some notes to tell:
- There are 3 versions of Sony Playstation devices (the latest one is PS3, and the first one that you mentioned - PS - has been kinda out-dated).
- Similarly, we have Xbox (the first one) and Xbox 360.
- Both PSP and PS belong to Sony.
- Both Wii and Nintendo DS are products of Nintendo company.
