Q. Basically, what computer games out there basically Require like a super decked out computer to be played? Curious because im getting an alienware computer and don't want to spend the awesome power for gaming on the computer only playing WoW. So what list of games out there is High-end cpu's basically meant for? Thnx in advance.
A. No games are only meant for high end PC's and can be played on an average computor but the game is laggy on them. Games like:
Oblivion
MW2
Fallout....
World of Warcraft would not really require a powerful PC it could work fine on an average desktop.

A. Exactly what do you mean by "setup"...
Are you talking about hardware and configuration for the PC or speaker set up like 5.1 or 7.1?

Well, you'll want a fast CPU, lots of RAM, a good GPU, and a good PSU to power everything.
The only Halo available for PC is the first one...all the others are restricted to the Xbox or Xbox 360. Plus, it's old so almost any decent system out right now should play it quite well.
You may want to look at either a Core i3 or Core i5 system...you'll want a fast dual core i3 or i5 CPU (won't need 4 or more cores just for gaming/music purposes)...
Depending on the motherboard, you're looking at DDR2 or DDR3 (DDR2 is older and cheaper)...at least 2 GB of RAM...maybe an ATI HD Radeon 3870 or higher (newer models exist that aren't top of the line yet are quite capable of playing WoW on max settings)....
You can go to Newegg.com or Tigerdirect.com and look at barebones PCs to get an idea of what to get that works for your budget.
