Q. What is the best gaming computer possible for under $400?
Excluding a hard drive and a dvd drive from total cost could everyone tell me what they would use to build a good computer for gaming

A. You graphics card is shit..It's too old for a decent gaming now.. This is the best I could do with it, it's $11 over your budget, but really!IT"S PRETTY DAM GOOD for $400 already, it's like double the performance of one of those $600 HP computers.

The power supply is not the best, but it'll work, ALSO, as you can see, I didn't include a OS, because I assume you already have an OS to use. You can also, double your video card ram if you spend another $20, I'd do it if I were you, it's REALLY worth it, especially if you play at high resolution.
