A. It depends how deep seated the scratches are if they are just small scratches tooth past can work if they are deep scratches you will need to take it some where to get the scratches removed.

Q. I was wondering what the best computer for gaming is that is cheap. I already own a laptop and I really want just a laptop for gaming but I don't want to overspend on anything.

A. Do some research and you'll find you can build your own PC for about £600, no less or it won't play games well.
