Q. I want a nice computer desk that can support a moderate amount of weight that's not to big and doesn't take up a lot of space.

A. Look in Lowes. I got a really nice desk/hutch for around that price (I could sit on it, and I'm not light). Ikea also has some nice stuff. Or just get an office desk. My wife uses one of those plastic folding tables - 6 feet wide, and about $50.

Q. I recently built a computer...and a desk my for computer lol. It='s pretty simple but looks nice. Measurements are 36x18.
Basically I want the majority of it black with some white decal. Nothing overly flashy but something that catches the eye and makes the desk look unique.
So far my ideas suck.

A. It depends on your style but I love damask patterns. I think it would be a beautiful design for a desk. The link below talks about wall stencils but the same method would be applicable to a desk.
