Husband addicted to computer games slacks on work=no money. How to help him?

Q. We have been married for a year and a half now and just had our first child. We only have one car and due to the baby being so little I am not able to return to work right now. My husband has steadily gotten back into computer games over the past year and it is heavily affecting us financially. He works independently at home. Every week he spends less time working and more time playing. We barely get enough money to pay our rent. Our other bills are paid by family members and it has been hard to get him to take the payments over. he is always looking for another job but never seems to stir up the courage to do what is necessary right now to get us out of the two room apartment we are currently squeezed into. We have talked about this a lot before and he has tried to kick the habit a few times before but he keeps coming back. We have dragged out the reasons and problems he has that cause the addiction but I am starting to feel like he doesnt want to change his lifestyle. He is content to live cramped up in somebody elses garage with his wife and baby and dog. I am just feeling so lost as to what to do now. I love him with all of my heart and desperately want to help him and be supportive. I believe we can make this right I just dont know how and it is wearing on me so heavily. I feel like I am bearing all the weight for the family and our relationship right now. Please help.

A. Family members are paying your bills? What is wrong with this guy. I vote no for depressed. Depressed people don't sit on video games all day instead of working to support their family. That is called being a lazy slacker.

If I were you I would get out and stay with your family members who are paying those bills. They can stop paying and maybe he will work.

Where can you download free easy to use computer game development programs?
Q. I don't know much about games, so I would also like to know, where to find inline chat room for computer game designer. Thank you.
Sorry, typo *ONLINE*

A. Learning how to make games is a long process.
http://www.gamemaker.nl/ will get you started. Follow tutorials, start by drag drop game design, slowly advance into better games with scripting. Once you master this program you're ready for the real stuff. Website is in English.
There is also a forum on the website.

Good Luck !
