Q. Please do not say Alienware. This computer needs to be able to play games such as BF3 and Skyrim with ease. Also this computer cannot be a laptop.

Really good gaming computers for 1500?
Q. Im looking to buy a gaming computer because im tired of the consoles limits. Im gonna wait about 3 months before i do this though. I have a budget of 1500-1800 dollars. I dont know anything about building computers either, so im looking for a prebuilt one. What are some really good gaming computers for this much?
A. It is nice to see somebody FINALLY with a reasonably good budget! So many people want the latest greatest beast of a machine for $500! :O
My advice is go to IBuyPower and to CyberPower and build a system around an Intel i5 processor. Pick whichever company is best for you. The Intel i5 will run rings around whatever AMD has to offer. It is the BEST gaming processor.
Do you like water cooling, or are you scared of it? I am scared of it (it HAS to leak sometime! ::::::: quake :::::::). IBuyPower does not offer any air cooling except a stock fan and heatsink. CyberPower offers both water and air cooling solutions.
Play with their configureators to get prices. Then you will know about how much it will cost. When you are ready to buy, come back here and ask us to help pick out a system.
