For $800 I recommend AMD Phenom II X4 machines with 4GB DDR3 and any video card like GT 240 or ATI 5670, better with ATI 5750 or GTS 450.

Best gaming computer for $800?
Q. I'm trying to look for the best computer I can get with $800, but there are so many options to choose from and I definitely don't want to regret my decision later on. What would you recommend I buy for $800 to even $900? Ideally I'd like to have an i7 processor in the computer
