Does excessive computer gaming harm computer hardware?
Q. I am not very fund of computer gaming, but want to play the FIFA Football Manager 10 from EA Sports, after a friend recommended it. But I have been told about possible hardware problems that long hours of gaming bring to a computer. I have 4GBs of RAM but no graphics accelerator card. Please also suggest if this game will run in my computer with or without hassles.

A. If you have 4 gigs of RAM I'm guessing you have a fairly decent video card, so you shouldn't have a problem running it. The only thing I can think of that would harm a computer while gaming is if it gets too hot. When a computer overheats it wears on hardware so just make sure you keep it cool. There are cooling mats that you can buy at tech stores for this.
