What are the best specs for a gaming PC?

Q. What are the best (yet affordable) specs for a online gaming/internet surfing computer?

Additional note: If you know computer part websites from the Philippines I would gladly appreciate it.

THANK YOU!
Ideal for playing multiple online RPGs.
Good RAM, good memory and graphics.

I just need to know what kind/brand I should get.

I'm buying the CPU part by part.

A. Geforce 8800 is a good video card, and theyre cheap as dirt now. You want at least 3 gigs of ram, probably no more than that. Get yourself a dual core processor with at least 2.5 GHz. No point going for a quad core yet, since they have slower clock speeds, are more expensive, and most games don't even use all 4 cores yet. Most people like Intel but AMD makes decent processors. Grab a SATA hard drive. That's your most important parts, anything else just grab the cheapest one you can find (maybe give some thought to your motherboard. Make sure it's good enough to run the CPU you buy, and has a PCI-e video card slot).

Would this computer be good at online gaming?
Q. These are the specs:
2,8 GHz Dual-core processor (3,5 GHz Turbo boost)
6GB Ram
1GB Nvidia 520 Graphics

I heard that these 3 are the most important computer parts for gaming performance. Would this be good for online gaming? Like WoW and RuneScape lagfree at high quality (when not in crowded spots)?

And another question if you know, how can I get that "turbo speed" on the processor? I heard it's called overclocking or something.

A. Definitely. It seems to be an extremely well built computer. I'm not sure how to overclock the processor to achieve that speed. Although, just search up your processor on a guide to overclock it.

Edited*: Also you should probably have this question in the computing section, not the gaming and recreation section. :P
